The result of the study consists of revealing the following directions of creative development as self-identification factors: students&rsquo professional orientation, development of communicative skills and overcoming the difficulties in communication, exploring oneself and the world, adaptation to the educational environment and motivation towards creative activity.
The novelty of the study consists of developing a model and technologies that facilitate students&rsquo creative resources actualization, which helps their creative development. Using the technologies of creative self-expression in the process of working with school and university students allows improving the level of students&rsquo acquisition of the new knowledge and expands the field of application of this knowledge in further professional activity.
The project deals with:
Capturing of surface rainwater from the firm impervious surfaces and roofs of the school buildings where the rainwater trickles down to the sewerage.
Elaboration and publicity of thematic school outlines focused on management of rainwater and climate changes.
Thematic environmental activities.

Accounting Major: Normally comprised of the following four courses: The Methodological Foundations of Accounting Research (ACCTG 756), Introduction to Financial Economics Based Research in Accounting, one of Behavioral Research in Accounting (ACCTG 756) or Introduction to Accounting in its Organizational and Social Context (ACCTG 757), and one of Advanced Topics in Empirical Accounting Research (ACCTG 788) or Analytical Research in Accounting (ACCTG 787). Students will write a comprehensive examination in the accounting major only.
Research Methods Minor : Normally comprised of three graduate-level statistics or econometrics courses and two graduate-level economics courses. Students with strong backgrounds in these subjects may have some of these requirements modified.
